Started a regular exercise regime recently..
Jogging, do push-ups, sit ups and been "hang" onto the chin up bar.
However I feel that its still not enough though.. thinking of getting dumb bells then can do weight lifting at home.
Going to the gym is a good idea, but I want to save money. So its better to go outdoors to jog and exercise.
Even cut down on meals.. instead of 3 meals a day, become 2 meals..
1 brunch and 1 dinner...
Recently heard from a friend having some problems in the family. Wish my friend all the best and can go through this rough patch.
Watch a few new dramas recently...
One of them is "学警雄心".

Its about youngsters entering the police force and go for 27 weeks of training. Sound like my BMT life.. ha.. quite an entertaining show. Even my mum watch the drama in the last few edps till cry...
Next is the sequel to this drama, "学警出更".

It continues to follow the story of 2 of the trainee cops who are posted out to their units and go to further training in PTU. I am still following this drama, its intense..ha.. a must follow show.
Because this sequel is rented from video rental shop, I went ahead with another drama, "肥田喜事".
This is a light hearted comedy show about a fat girl finding her true love. I am only at the beginning of this drama..
After all this.. will watch this new HK drama..
