Was having my soccer session as usual on Sunday.
Actually the response on Sunday was not that good. Only around 8 people attend... No choice, got a lot of them busy with their lives, injuries, work commitment etc..
It's tough to organise a full attendance soccer session.
Everything was going alright when a pair of police officers came to us.. Yah.!
POLICE OFFICERS...!
What do they want? Oh well... stop us from kicking soccer in the basketball court of course. Well, I admit.. we were at the wrong.. for doing that. BUT! What choice do we poor commoners have? In the entire Avenue 1 where we were at.. I think there's not really a place for us poor soccer fanatics to really kick soccer. Tell us go street soccer court... COME ON!~.. It's so small.. HOW TO PLAY?!
Sometimes people don't really put on their brains. A good and EMPTY basketball court.. nobody playing basketball...left there to ROT.. why don't we just make full use of it to play? That's the problem with our society now...it's just not flexible enough.
I also don't understand why built so many basketball courts in SG but Singaporeans mainly kick SOCCER instead...HAHA...super weird.
I still remember once in my poly days.. we were kicking soccer in an open field.. the POLICE OFFICERS came.. and chase us out.. WHY? because it says "Restricted land".
One single sign board and we CAN'T KICK..
Alright...fine..we left that field... mmm.. TILL THIS DAY... THAT FIELD IS STILL EMPTY..
Well..up to them to waste a good piece of land..
Back to the Sunday incident, they asked us to show our ICs to them. That's fine too..as we fully understand the procedure. Then talk to us for a while.. and as long there's no complains..we can still kick.
Actually we seldom get a lot of complains.. let's see.. people walk past the court.. we stop to let them pass.. even see people carry heavy stuff, we also go and help them.
We are just friendly soccer players trying to find a place to kick. It's just the stupid rules and regulations that eventually restricted our movements.
I really hope we will one day get a soccer court for public use and not have restrictions that will hinder Singapore's soccer growth..

Left 3 more RT sessions...
Have been told to bring my towel on Saturday RT session as we would be required to go to the gym inside.
As for yesterday's session, nothing much..just the normal warm-up, 3KM run, mass PT, Chin-up and cool down. Getting used to the whole RT program. But its coming to an end soon. The whole "free training" sessions.. coming to an end after 3 sessions. Last session on next Wednesday. I must remember to go book an additional IPPT session after my RT...to avoid getting "CHARGE" (again).
Didn't have much sleep lately. With all those RT sessions, sometimes go out and stuff. Usually I would feel sleepy around 12am. After 12am, would find a place to rest. Sometimes on my bed...sometimes on the sofa..
Recently got addicted to Amazing Race, really hope one day I might be able to participate.. but I think I need to get my license first before I am able to do that.
My PDL expired, my membership is expiring soon too.. I must really get going with my lessons.

5 sessions of RT to go..
Was so happy to see the rain yesterday and thought that it would last for quite sometime. Maybe it just isn't my day, just as I was about to smile, the rain suddenly stopped. That meant that running is now a must. Not that I don't want to run. It's just that Saturday's RT session plus Sunday's soccer session has taken a toll on my legs.
I can feel the strain after 1.5 rounds...It hurted so badly that I could not even run.. in the end, I took a slow walk to the finish line. Endure all the way till I finish the 3 rounds. I was like sweating but its not because of me being tired but it's due to the pain. I tried to analyse this problem and I have a gut feeling its because of that pair of Kronos sport shoes.
Bought from the E-Mart at camp. It's the newest kind of running shoes available for us NSmen. However, I still feel that the 1st generation New-Balance shoes (blue colour type) is still the best. Too bad it has gone extinct. I regretted not getting another pair of the 1st generation shoes during my NS days. Now as for this current pair of shoes, everytime I wear it and run, I would feel a strain in my ankle.
Maybe I should change my running shoes.

Hi everyone!
I am back!
Exams are finally over..
My whole body is now aching.. have been going for my RT sessions since October and last month was really one of the worst ever month in my entire life.
Have to cope with assignments, exams, RT and other commitments. Never felt so busy in my life.
After this month, hopefully my life will be back to normal.
Kicked soccer yesterday.. My legs are recovering from Saturday's 3KM run but I was too tempted to kick as the last time I actually kick soccer was back in September.
We only participated in 1 match. It lasted 2 hours! 2 hours of non-stop action...kaoz! I started to feel the strain in my leg muscles. Everyone was quite exhausted as its our first active match for like months. I did quite a lot of leg stretching. Eventually, I felt much better.
Today after work still have to go my RT. Left 6 sessions, which is 2 weeks left. After today's session would be left 5 more.
I have also been planning life after RT. Since my so call "study-commitment" has ended, thinking of planning my exercise regime and get fit. Mmm... well, at least try to pass my IPPT..haha..
